Join Chef Paul Brown as he leads you through an exciting lineup of dishes that highlight unexpected flavors and the rich cultural influences behind Thai cooking. Massaman curry, for example, offers a warm spice profile shaped by centuries of Persian influence—completely unlike any other Thai curry.
You’ll start with Larb, a lively, crispy pork stir fry served in chilled lettuce cups for the perfect mix of crunch and heat. Next comes Tod Mun Pla, savory Thai fish cakes paired with a bright, zesty chili sauce that delivers classic street-food flavor.
The centerpiece of the class is Massaman Curry with filet mignon, a luxurious combination of aromatics, spices, and tender beef served alongside perfectly steamed rice.
For dessert, Chef Paul will demonstrate Roti, flaky pan-fried banana crepes that are golden, sweet, and wonderfully addictive.
