Sun Valley Culinary Institute (SVCI) is committed to offering affordable career paths for professional culinary education. Through a combination of top notch classroom instruction and practical apprenticeship opportunities in well-regarded restaurants across the Wood River Valley, SVCI ensures that every graduate is prepared to embark on a professional culinary career.
