About the event

This special evening brings together two pillars of the local creative community for a dinner unlike any other. Boulder Mountain Clayworks and Sun Valley Culinary Institute have joined forces to celebrate craft in all its forms — on the plate and beneath it.

Each guest will dine on a one-of-a-kind ceramic plate, hand-thrown and glazed by the artists of Boulder Mountain Clayworks, and take that plate home as a lasting piece of the evening. Chef Paul Brown has designed a lamb-centered menu meant to be shared, filling the table family style course by course.

The Menu

  • Kabocha Squash Bisque with Pomegranate

  • Citrus & Cumin Leg of Lamb

  • Lemon Potatoes

  • Garlic Braised Greens

  • Buttermilk "Ranch"

  • Spiced Apple Cake with Whipped Crème Fraîche

Every ticket sold directly supports the continued work of both organizations — Boulder Mountain Clayworks' studio and community programming, and Sun Valley Culinary Institute's culinary education. Come for a beautiful meal, and leave with a piece of the evening — literally — on your table at home.
