About the event
Her last three cookbooks, Oysters, Crab and Shellfish, have recently been released as a special box set, The Essential Shellfish Collection. Attendees can purchase a copy of the new set, and have an opportunity to sample a few recipes prepared from the books. Cynthia will also share some highlights from her work doing research and creating recipes for the book, as well as stories about shellfish adventures from across her writing career. All in support of SVCI, with proceeds from the event going toward the school’s important mission.
