Southern Fried Saltine Crackers

  • 4 cups canola oil

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F.

  • Working in batches, fry 1 sleeve of saltine crackers until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per batch. 

  • Let drain and dry on a wire rack.
