In this fun demonstration class, Chef Paul Brown will bring Bavarian traditions to life, showing you how to make classics like chewy soft pretzels, creamy beer and cheese soup, and pillowy potato dumplings. You’ll see how rustic dishes rooted in history can easily be recreated in your own kitchen today. After watching each dish come together, you’ll enjoy tasting the full menu—proof that comfort food never goes out of style.
