About the event

With inspiration from the northwest corner of France for us in the Pacific Northwest, this demonstration class features recipes with some of Brittany’s most distinctive ingredients. Buckwheat crêpes are a savory staple in the region’s many crêperies, artichokes and onions among key Brittany vegetables, and scallops represent the many delicious seafoods from that region. Plus, it’s not a trip to Brittany without good doses of butter and cream, for dessert and throughout the menu.

  • Buckwheat Crêpes with Mushrooms and Gruyère

  • Artichoke Salad with Sweet Onion and Herbs

  • Scallops with Cider Cream Sauce

  • Brittany Butter Cake with Calvados Cream
