About the event

Tofu has a bad wrap by association with Western diet fads, and that’s just wrong.  Tofu is a common ingredient—often alongside meat—for billions of people in the world.  It has a subtle nutty flavor, is a source of complete protein, and can be prepared in countless styles and textures.  In this hands on class, we are going to learn how tofu can be a delicious weekly protein choice even for those of us who want animal protein every day.
