  • Hawaiian Kanpachi poke two ways — traditional Hawaiian and spicy mayo

First Course

  • Eggplant and macadamia nut pesto roll, young romaine leaves, tahini yogurt dressing

Second Course

  • Spring lamb Chakapuli — Georgian lamb stew with dried apricot, green herbs, and amber wine

  • Big Island abalone with preserved citrus and saffron fried rice

  • Megruli Khachapuri — Georgian bread stuffed with cheese and herbs

  • Tkemali — sweet and spicy starfruit and rhubarb chutney
