About the event
Settle in with warm sourdough and bagna cauda, the bold and savory anchovy–garlic dip beloved throughout northern Italy. Then enjoy Polenta con Funghi, topped with wild mushrooms, a crisp Parmigiano tuile, and a silky balsamic–veal reduction.
We’ll continue with a true Bolognese favorite: the Bolognese Cutlet—tender pork layered with prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano, and rich pork jus, served alongside seasonal wilted greens.
To finish, we’ll brighten the palate with a luscious Lemon Budino, paired with delicate pignoli cookies for the perfect sweet finish.
