The centerpiece is a luxurious spinach lasagna layered with porcini mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano, and finished with a decadent black truffle cream. To close, a strawberry galette with vanilla bean Bavarian cream offers a delicate balance of fresh fruit and classic pastry technique.
