Over approximately three hours, you’ll build a modern Fraisier from the ground up—starting with a delicate génoise, layering in a smooth vanilla diplomat cream, and adding a bright strawberry compote. You’ll finish by assembling and decorating your cake with fresh seasonal strawberries for a refined, professional presentation.
