About the event

Join us for an engaging demonstration-style cooking class highlighting bold Japanese flavors and techniques with a contemporary twist. Chef will prepare each dish step-by-step while sharing tips, techniques, and stories behind the menu. Guests are encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and enjoy each course throughout the evening.

Menu:

  • Negima – chicken thigh & scallion skewers with lemon, ichimi, tare

  • Kale Gomae with walnuts & sesame dressing

  • Chirashi Don – hamachi, ahi tuna, tiger shrimp, lobster, edamame, avocado, gochujang aioli, scallion, tobiko, sushi rice

  • Mochi butter cake with vanilla ice cream & whiskey caramel
