Join us September 5th as Chef Paul Brown serves up a tasting menu that captures late summer at its most delicious. The evening begins with pan con tomate, followed by delicate beef carpaccio with pink peppercorn aioli. Next, creamy sweet corn polenta with tender rock shrimp leads the way to a succulent herb-crusted lamb shoulder roulade served with garlic green beans and a tangy sherry gastrique. A wedge of manchego with membrillo adds a savory-sweet pause before dessert—a warm peach buckle with vanilla ice cream and a splash of amaretto.
