In this partly hands-on and demonstration-style class, you’ll learn to bake a stunning braided Cinnamon Star Bread, buttery Cranberry Crumb Pie Bars, elegant Peppermint Meringue Kisses, and a rustic Pear & Frangipane Galette. Students will get hands-on practice piping meringue and forming galettes, while learning essential pastry skills that will elevate your holiday baking.
