Mussels may be small, but they pack a big punch of flavor—and in this chef’s dinner, Chef Paul Brown will showcase their incredible versatility. From French-inspired classics to bold global flavors, you’ll enjoy a five-course menu that highlights mussels in both refined and surprising ways. Start with Mussels Rockefeller, followed by a crisp butter lettuce salad to cleanse the palate. Then indulge in Billi Bi, a luxurious French cream of mussels soup with saffron aioli crostini. Next, travel east with green coconut curry mussels paired with rock shrimp and glass noodles. Finish on a sweet note with refreshing mango sorbet and cinnamon shortbread. This dinner is a celebration of one of the ocean’s most delicious treasures—come hungry!
