This year’s menu is pure holiday indulgence: crisp, golden latkes served hot off the griddle; soul-warming matzo ball soup just like Esta makes it; rich, house-made chopped liver; and the ultimate après treat—a classic, melty Reuben sandwich stacked high and served warm.
