This open house will feature plenty of samples and a beautiful tasting board showcasing some of Beehive’s most beloved creations. From creamy to bold, smoky to spiced, you’ll get to savor it all while mingling with fellow cheese lovers.
On the board:
Seahive – a sweet and salty cheddar rubbed with local honey and Redmond sea salt.
Red Butte Hatch Chile – a creamy cheddar infused with smoky, roasted Hatch chiles.
Barely Buzzed – Beehive’s famous espresso and lavender-rubbed cheddar.
Apple Walnut Smoked – a rich, nutty cheddar kissed with sweet applewood smoke.
