Take your taste buds on a trip through the bustling streets of Southeast Asia with Chef Paul Brown! In this demonstration class, we’ll explore the bold, vibrant flavors that make street food irresistible. Learn how to roll delicate shrimp gỏi cuốn with peanut sauce, layer the perfect mushroom banh mi with pickled vegetables and spicy mayo, and master the fast, fiery pad krapow gai—a holy basil chicken stir fry that’s pure comfort food. For dessert, we’ll finish with sweet and crispy Thai-style banana roti. Along the way, you’ll pick up pro tips, recipes, and techniques to recreate these dishes at home and wow your friends with flavors straight from the street stalls of Vietnam and Thailand.
