This season’s theme, Mediterranean with an Idaho Influence, highlights fresh, regional ingredients through a globally inspired lens. The students will showcase their skills and knowledge of the kitchen to create a wonderful dining experience. We will contact you to schedule your reservation time between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
