Experience the next generation of culinary talent at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute’s Student Dining Series where the Class of 2025 presents a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner for just $50. This season’s theme, Mediterranean with an Idaho Influence, highlights fresh, regional ingredients through a globally inspired lens. The students will showcase their skills and knowledge of the kitchen to create a wonderful dining experience. We will contact you to schedule your reservation time between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

1st course - choice of:
Composed Greek Salad with Tiropita
Fried Saffron Risottos with Tomato Jam
2nd course - choice of:
Pan seared, olive oil poached sturgeon with herbed wild rice blend and favas
Pasta Primavera with Homemade Spinach Pasta
Lamb Shank with roasted Greek-style Vegetables and Puree of Idaho Potatoes
Third course - choice of:
Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Huckleberry Sorbet
Orange Rhubarb Posset
Bread service and Chocolate Truffles for the table are included
