About the event

Chef Nadina will guide you through:

  • Cooking sushi rice and making sushi vinegar (Sushizu)

  • Knife skills for slicing fish and vegetables

  • Rolling techniques for maki, nigiri, and vegetarian rolls

  • Tips on selecting and preparing fish for sushi and sashimi

  • Creating gluten-free and vegetarian options

  • A brief history of sushi and its evolution in Japanese culture


On the Menu: Sushi rice, tuna, yellowtail, salmon, shrimp, eel, crab, tofu, and a variety of fresh vegetables including cucumber, avocado, carrot, and asparagus. We’ll also enjoy tempura treats like sweet potatoes, zucchini, and carrots.

Whether you’re a sushi lover or a curious beginner, this class will leave you rolling like a pro and inspired to create your own sushi feasts at home.
