About the event
Experience the vibrant flavors of Thailand in this interactive, hands-on cooking class with beloved chef and culinary instructor Pranee Khruasanit Halvorsen. After a brief introduction to Thai ingredients and techniques, participants will break into small groups—each team preparing one of the featured dishes under Pranee’s guidance. You’ll chop, season, stir, and taste your way through Thailand’s signature balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. At the end, we’ll gather to enjoy the full feast together.
