Join us at Sun Valley Culinary Institute for For the Love of Lamb, part of the beloved Trailing of the Sheep Festival! Savor the best American Lamb creations as top restaurants from across the Wood River Valley showcase their culinary talents. Tastings begin at 4:30pm and continue until the bites are gone—usually by 5:30pm, so come hungry and early! To round out the evening, SVCI will have wine and other refreshments available for purchase.
