Sun Valley Culinary Institute Class of 2026 & Friends! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳

The students are back in school after their first Externships at restaurants throughout the Wood River Valley. Today, they took a field trip to Twin Falls and visited the @jaefoundation, and each selected a pair of boots to take home! Then it was off to the @turfclubtwinfalls for a tour and treats from 2024 SVCI Alum Christopher Kapaleris!

We caught some students in the kitchen at their externships including @ryderdonerkiel at the @ketchumgrill , @estefanigilrodriguez at the Cookbook Restaurant , Leland Webb at the Sun Valley Resort and @mgherman79 at the Konditorei Bakery & Cafe . We ran into 2025 Alum Marlene Klingenfuss working at the Konditorei too!
