Join us for a special evening celebrating all things shellfish with cookbook author and frequent SVCI guest teacher Cynthia Nims. Complementary appetizers will be served. Her last three cookbooks, Oysters, Crab and Shellfish, have recently been released as a special box set, The Essential Shellfish Collection. Attendees can sample a few recipes prepared from the books and Cynthia will share some highlights from her work doing research and creating recipes for the book.
