Join Chef Paul Brown and Sun Valley Culinary Institute for an evening showcasing the bold elegance of AXR Winery's acclaimed red wines. From a welcoming glass of Pinot Noir to Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, each course is thoughtfully paired to complement the unique character of every wine. The evening concludes with a decadent chocolate dessert matched with one of AXR's signature reds for a memorable finish.
