Spice up your kitchen with a taste of Southeast Asian street food! From shrimp spring rolls to holy basil chicken stir fry and sweet banana roti, this HANDS ON class with Chef Paul Brown, will teach you how easy—and fun—it is to bring bold, vibrant flavors to your own table.

In this hands-on experience we will learn how to make iconic street food dishes from Thailand and Vietnam. We will have the opportunity to focus in on improving our knife skills with precise cuts for fresh spring rolls and quick pickled veggies. We’ll learn how to build and roll fresh spring rolls, how to make an unbelievably addictive “shortcut” banh mi, and then practice our wok cooking skills with a fresh, bright, Thai basil packed chicken stir fry. Finally, an incredibly simple banana roti that’s always a unique crowd pleaser for dessert.
*Our hands on classes are taught in teams of two. If you are solo for the class, we'll pair you up.
